We do not collect or access calendar events that were created outside of Channlworks.

• Provide you with the Services and core functionality.
• Synchronize Channlworks activities with your selected Google Calendar.
• Allow you to create, update and delete events in your chosen Google Calendar.
• Display your available calendars inside Channlworks so you can select where events are stored.

We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising purposes or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Limited Use of Google User Data

Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• Channlworks only accesses and uses your Google Calendar data to provide the functionality described above.
• We do not use Google Calendar data for any purpose other than providing or improving user-facing features.
• We do not share Google Calendar data with third parties except as required to operate our Services or as required by law.

Retention and Deletion of Google User Data

• Retention: Event data created or managed through Channlworks may be retained in your account even if you disconnect your Google account. This allows you to reconnect without losing historical activity or data associated with your account.
• Deletion: You may revoke Channlworks' access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings. If you would like all Google user data stored by Channlworks to be permanently deleted, you can request this by contacting us at support@channlworks.com.

How we protect your Information

We use reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, including data from Google APIs, from unauthorized access, disclosure or modification. However, no data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage system is guaranteed to be secure.

Your Choices

You can control the personal information we collect and use by updating your account settings or by contacting us. You can also choose to revoke Channlworks's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page.
