Agent Dash is an AI assistant in Channlworks Intelligence that lets you ask plain-English questions about deals and get instant, data-backed answers. Instead of building reports or exporting spreadsheets, you type a question and receive structured summaries, tables or charts with assumptions and caveats clearly stated.

What kinds of questions can I ask?

Agent Dash handles deal counts and status, stage distribution, pipeline value, partner performance, approval queues, deal lookup by name or date and data-quality checks. It automatically handles multi-currency deals by converting to USD for comparisons when exchange rate data is available.

Can Agent Dash create or edit deals?

No. Agent Dash is read-only and scoped to the deals domain. It will not create, update or delete deals, access billing or settings, or answer questions outside deal-related records you are permitted to see. If you ask something out of scope, it explains the limitation and suggests the closest alternative.

Are my Agent Dash conversations private?

Yes. Conversations are private to your account. You can create, rename, search and delete threads from the conversation panel. Other users cannot see your Agent Dash history, making it safe for exploratory analysis before sharing insights in QBRs or leadership reviews.

Who can access Agent Dash?

Agent Dash requires the intelligence_agent_dash feature, typically granted to vendor admins and sales managers. If you do not see Agent Dash under Intelligence in the sidebar, contact your Channlworks administrator to request access.
