ChannlSign (Contracts Vault) is Channlworks' built-in e-signature module powered by Dropbox Sign. Vendors upload PDF agreements, route signature requests via secure links, track signed and unsigned status and automatically archive executed contracts with a tamper-evident audit trail, all within the partner relationship workspace.
ChannlSign supports PDF-first document handling for partner program agreements, NDAs, co-sell agreements, SOWs and addenda. Tag documents by type (NDA, Contract, Compliance, SOW) and filter by signature state to find what needs action quickly.
Every contract records document creation, send and open events, signature timestamps and IP addresses and final storage in the vault. Vendors can export audit trails as PDF or CSV for legal, compliance or dispute resolution. Partners can view and download their own signed agreements from Programs & Compliance → ChannlSign.
Signed contracts cannot be edited. To amend an agreement, create a new document referencing the original contract number and route it through e-signature. Vendors can void contracts due to mutual termination, voided records remain in the vault with clear flags. Set renewal reminders and archive expired agreements to keep the active view clean.
