Partner email tracking for measurable alliance outreach

Partner Communication lets vendors compose and send announcements, newsletters and targeted messages to their partner network from within Channlworks. After sending, you can track delivery outcomes, delivered, read, clicked, bounced and delayed, by recipient and maintain a searchable history of every message dispatched.

Select all active partners, filter by tier (Gold, Silver, Registered), by tag (APAC, Reseller, ISV) or choose individual partner companies. Combine filters, for example, all Gold partners tagged EMEA and preview the recipient count before confirming the send.

Yes. After composing and selecting recipients, choose Send Now or Schedule for a specific date and time. Scheduled messages appear in the Scheduled tab and can be edited or cancelled before the send time. Partners receive in-app notifications and, based on their preferences, email as well.

Each sent message includes a delivery report with per-recipient status: delivered, read, clicked, bounced and delayed. Use these outcomes to follow up with partners who missed critical announcements or to validate that enablement assets reached the intended audience.

Access is controlled by role permissions. Users with send permissions can compose messages, attach files (up to five per message) and dispatch to selected segments. Users with view-only permissions can browse searchable mail history for continuity across partner touchpoints.
