What is Channlworks Asset Libraries?

Asset Libraries is the Storage System module for organizing files, folders and links across six repositories: PR & Media Collaterals, Technical Collaterals, Pricing Documentations, Sales Collaterals, Client Proposals and Client Stories Hub. Teams share the right assets with the right partners without email attachments or scattered drives.

How do repositories differ from Private Vault and Contracts Vault?

The six Asset Libraries repositories cover day-to-day enablement content with My Documents, Shared With Me and Engagement Analytics tabs. Private Vault (under ChannlViz) is invite-only for sensitive documents. Contracts Vault (under ChannlSign) automatically archives signed agreements with tamper-evident audit trails.

Can I share content with specific partners only?

Yes. Items can be shared as Private, Restricted (selected partners or tiers) or Public. Access can be revoked anytime, keeping governance clear between targeted and open distribution.

What analytics are available for partner content?
