The Products catalogue is the vendor's central registry of sellable items, services and SKUs. Products defined here attach to deals as line items, giving vendors and partners accurate visibility into what is being sold, at what price and in what quantity, forming the foundation of deal registration and co-sell workflows.
Partners can select from available active products when registering a deal but cannot modify the catalogue itself. Vendor administrators and managers create, edit, clone and delete products; standard vendor users can view the catalogue and attach products to deals.
Products move through draft and submitted states before activation. Toggle active or inactive to control partner-facing availability without losing historical records. Bundles group multiple offerings, such as LMS, storage and programs, alongside standard products, with item-level drilldown for packaging clarity.
Unique SKUs ensure clean data sync when deals flow into Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRMs. The catalogue validates duplicate SKUs at save time and supports search and filter by name, category and status so large catalogs stay manageable.
Existing deal line items retain the values in place at the time of association. Catalogue price updates apply going forward; users can manually adjust line item prices on affected deals when needed.
