How is Deals different from the old leads and opportunities modules?

Deals replaces separate Leads, Opportunities and POV Requests with one workspace. Registration, approval, stage progression, Proof of Value and outcomes stay linked so teams and Agent Dash always query a single source of truth.

What pipeline stages do deals use?

Deals progress through Register, Validate, Discover, Budget, Commercial and final outcomes Won or Lost. Required fields are enforced when advancing. For example, account and contact for Validate+, contract dates for Won and a lost reason for Lost.

How do vendor approvals work?

Partner-submitted deals enter Pending Approval until an approver accepts or rejects. Vendor-created deals for their own organization can be Pre-Approved automatically. Changing key fields on an approved deal can re-trigger the approval workflow.
