Partner Account Manager - DACH

About the role

Anthropic needs a Partner Account Manager to build partnerships with global system integrators, regional system integrators, consultancies, and AI boutiques. This role creates enablement, co-sell plans, joint offers, and partner-sourced pipeline across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The manager tracks partner KPIs, supports customer delivery, and works with sales, Applied AI, and Technical Success teams.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 8+ years of partner / alliances / channel experience with system integrators and consultancies in DACH
