Director, Alliance Operations

About the role

OneStream needs a Director to lead Alliance Operations and scale its partner ecosystem. This role manages resellers, global system integrators, regional system integrators, and technology alliances or hyperscalers. It builds systems for co-sell, deal registration, joint go-to-market, partner data, automation, and team growth.

Responsibilities

• This includes partner recruitment and onboarding, co-selling, deal registration, and joint go-to-market execution

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in a Sales or Alliance/Channel Operations role
