About the role
NICE needs a lead technical expert to guide partner implementations, troubleshooting, deployment, configuration, and product adoption. The role supports partner customers, reseller organizations, Partner Success Managers, and technical account managers across complex projects. It also leads enablement programs, coaches Implementation Engineers, and shares technical standards, playbooks, and product feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or a related technical customer facing role.
