About the role

ServiceTitan is seeking a Partner Integration & Certification Architect to support its App Marketplace partner ecosystem. The role advises partners on API integrations, leads app certification, provides technical enablement, and collaborates with product, engineering, and marketplace operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical certification process for partner apps before publishing them on our App Marketplace

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, including API design, testing, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency using Postman for API testing and documentation
• 3-5 years in a technical role involving API integrations, solutions engineering, partner enablement, or technical account management
