Partner Solutions Engineer

About the role

The Partner Solutions Engineer owns partner integrations from technical discovery through implementation, launch, and ongoing support. The role designs secure SSO and rostering integrations, troubleshoots authentication and data exchange issues, collaborates with internal and partner teams, and uses data analysis, financial modeling, and AI-assisted development to improve integration delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own partner integration projects end-to-end, including technical discovery, requirements mapping, solution design, configuration, testing, launch, and post-implementation follow-up.

Requirements

• Four or more years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, systems integration, implementation, or a related technical role.
