Senior Partner Agent Architect

About the role

Parloa is hiring a Senior Partner Agent Architect to help strategic partners and enterprise customers design, integrate, and scale AI-driven customer experiences. The role combines enterprise solution architecture, conversational AI, systems integration, technical discovery, and partner enablement.

Responsibilities

• Review partner-created solution designs and help partners build the capability to deliver Parloa solutions independently.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing technical roles across solution architecture, systems architecture, enterprise integration, technical consulting, or complex SaaS implementation.
