Senior Manager, Partner Solution Architect

About the role

DocuSign is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and grow a team of Partner Solution Architects in its India Delivery Center. The role owns technical solutioning, partner enablement, delivery support, escalation management, and coordination with global partner, sales, engineering, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in technical solutioning, solutions architecture, or technical delivery roles, including experience supporting partner or channel ecosystems
• 2+ years of people management experience, ideally leading technical or partner-facing teams
