Senior Technical Account Manager (Strategic Alliances)

About the role

Affirm is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to own the operational health of strategic alliance accounts, troubleshoot merchant integrations, deliver against SLAs, and lead technical initiatives. The role also involves designing custom integration solutions, managing cross-functional projects, influencing product roadmaps, and mentoring less-experienced TAMs.
