About the role
Talkdesk2 needs a senior partner solutions engineer to support telcos, global systems integrators, resellers, and BPOs. The role enables partner Solutions Architects and Sales Engineers, supports co-selling, and designs Contact Center as a Service solutions. It leads technical demonstrations, Agentic AI work, integrations, and partner programs across the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Partner Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Engineer in the CCaaS/CXA sector.
