About the role
The Partner Solutions Engineer owns the technical outcome for ecosystem partner integrations, from discovery and architecture through implementation, testing, launch readiness, and production support. The role works across partners, Product, Engineering, and Partnerships to develop reusable integration guidance, influence the Product roadmap, and improve partner adoption and implementation quality.
Responsibilities
- Own technical planning, architecture, implementation support, testing, and launch readiness for selected partner integrations.
Requirements
- Experience designing and delivering production integrations using APIs, webhooks, authentication and authorization, event-driven systems, or developer platforms.
- Ability to read, write, and debug code in at least one general-purpose programming language such as JavaScript or TypeScript, Python, Ruby, Java, or Go.
