About the role
Shine needs an affiliate and partnership manager to grow digital partner channels across Germany and other European markets. This role manages publishers, comparison sites, affiliate networks, and corporate benefit partners. The manager negotiates commercial deals, activates partners, improves tracking, and works with Growth, Product, and Tech teams.
Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years of solid, hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnership Management, or Performance Marketing
