About the role
The Partner Solutions Engineer scopes, designs, and launches integrations connecting EliseAI's partners' systems to its platform. The role leads partners through technical discovery and production, architects API and data-flow patterns, manages integration projects, and coordinates with partnerships, engineering, and product teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a partner or customer facing technical role, such as technical consulting, solutions engineering, technical partnerships, integrations, or software engineering
- Deep familiarity with APIs, webhooks, system architecture, and modern integration patterns. You can read and reason about code (Python or similar)
