Senior Solutions Engineer

About the role

Zepto needs a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead technical pre-sales for merchants and partners. The role designs payment solutions, demonstrates APIs, runs proofs of concept, and supports integrations from discovery through go-live. It connects sales, product, and engineering while guiding customers through payment rails, webhooks, settlement, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own technical pre-sales end to end; leading discovery, scope alignment, gap analysis and solution design from first conversation through to signed deal and handover to delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering or solution architecture, ideally supporting technical sales cycles.
• Strong, demonstrable payments experience; payment rails, gateways, settlement and reconciliation
