Partner Solution Engineer

About the role

ServiceNow needs a Partner Solution Engineer to help technology partners design AI-ready solutions on the Now Platform. This role leads design workshops, reviews architectures, and creates reusable patterns for partner solutions across industries. It also mentors partner teams and supports go-to-market plans without building solutions or managing commercial contracts.

Requirements

• 8+ years in solution architecture, technical sales, pre-sales, or similar roles with deep platform architecture experience.
• Significant experience working with technology partners at either a partner or OEM level, including solution design and reference-architecture definition.
